  1. I'd like a truck dock for shipping and receiving but I'm not sure my building is high enough. Is there another option for me besides relocating?

  2. I've just purchased a tilt-up building; it's nice but there isn't very much storefront presence. Do I have other options to increase my street presence?

  3. I'm interested in purchasing a parcel of land. Can Riggins Construction build a new building from ground up?

  4. Our business requires specialty equipment installation. Can you handle that type of work, too?

  5. We would like to upgrade our restrooms but are concerned about the down-time. How would that work?

  6. Our company is interested in purchasing a building, but it's a bit too large for us. Can we create a leasable space for extra income?
