Getting Connected on LinkedIn – #ConstChat Recap

constchat-liConstruction Chat  is a weekly chat on Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.  If you’re free, we’d love you to join us.

This week’s topic was LinkedIn.

If you’re unfamiliar with LinkedIn, read  Top Ten Tasks (And Power Tips) by Carol Stephen.

Q1: What do you believe LinkedIn’s purpose is?

Q2: Is your photo visible and your information complete?

Q3: Do you have a company page?

Q4: Do you follow companies?

Q5: Do you connect with those you’ve met elsewhere (Twitter, et al)?

Q6: Do you join groups? Do you follow people you have conversations with there?

Q7: What are some of your LI challenges?

Q8: What’s your #1 tip for using LinkedIn as a contractor?
