Serving as general contractor for this particular project, we helped our client from design conception, consulting with DeRevere & Associates, the project’s architect, through project completion.

The building’s structure and related systems meet the demanding requirements of the City of Irvine. Functional aspects of the 16,650 square foot warehouse include dock-high and ground-level truck access with two roll-up doors, 24-foot-clear roof height, and a generous storage yard area.
The architectural elements exceed the expectations of the sophisticated business owner. Simple, yet effective designs within the tilt-up panels provide texture and continuity among the various offsets and openings. Reflective blue glazing adds a special touch to the building’s image.
A generous 3,273 square feet of office makes a comfortable space for both staff and visitors. Fully-tiled bathroom floors and walls provide both beauty and durability.
Thoughtful use of trees, perimeter shrubs, and lawn areas all give this site a park-like setting completing the overall design.
