Reputation Management

This week’s topic is brought to us by our co-host, Bethany Michaels, an independent social media expert in the construction industry.

Of course, we may not get to all of these questions, but here goes:

Q1: In this computer age, how important do you think online reputation is becoming?

Q2: Is online reputation becoming the new “customer service”?

Q3: How do you feel about outsourcing to a company to manage your online reputation?

Q4: What are some challenges you face when building your online reputation?

Q5: Have you seen your online reputation affect your business sales?

Q6: Do you think it’s important to have a “testimonials” page on your website?

Q7: What review sites do you think are most relevant to have a presence on?

Q8: What are the benefits of online reputation management?

Q9: When a customer complains about your services, how do you respond?

Q10: Will you invest more time into building your online reputation? How?

I hope you can make it to this thought-provoking chat.
